Mayland Community College offers over 25 programs in technical, vocational, and college transfer areas. The College offers something for everyone. You can train for a new career, take transfer courses, enhance current skills, learn a new skill, and much more.
MCC is part of the 58-campus North Carolina Community College System and we partner with area colleges and universities to offer college transfer options to students who want to start their bachelor’s degree at MCC. We also offer hybrid and online options and operate learning centers in Newland (Avery County) and Burnsville (Yancey County).
Steps to Apply
Step 1: Complete the REQUIRED NC Residency Determiniation Survey.
|Step 2: Complete the MCC application for admission.|
|Step 3: Request your high school and post secondary transcripts to be sent to MCC.|
