An important choice...
determine the type of transcript you are seeking first:
A Curriculum Transcript covers coursework completed in a degree, diploma or certificate program at Mayland Community College and has a $5 transcript processing charge.
Curriculum Transcript Request Forms
A GED® Transcript is for work completed or General Education Degree Obtained through the Adult Education/GED® department of Mayland Community College. It has no processing charge, and therefore requires a seperate request form.
